Equal Protection ND
Equal Protection ND is dedicated to abolishing abortion in the state of North Dakota by establishing equal protection under the law for all preborn children as mandated by both God’s Law and the 14th Amendment.
As a 501c4 organization, EPND seeks to inform and empower citizens to engage within the culture and the state legislative process in order to advocate for the unalienable right to life of all preborn children.
Pillars of Abortion Abolition
-
The good news of the gospel is the foundation of our mission to end all abortion. Only through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ can hardened hearts and minds set on evil be transformed and made new. Everyone, including those who participate in the murder of preborn children, need forgiveness and salvation that is found in Christ alone. This saving grace compels us to obey God’s command to protect the innocent and establish justice for the preborn.
-
While God is sovereign over all things, He works through obedient human action to accomplish his will. We seek justice for the preborn in ways that line up with what God has revealed in His Word, rather than rely on worldly wisdom and political pragmatism.
-
The Bible is the infallible Word of God and is the one and only divine source of knowledge and wisdom in all matters. Scripture alone reveals the foundational truth that all humans are created in God’s image, imparting inherent dignity, worth, and purpose to every person. Justice for all, including the preborn, is defined not by worldly wisdom, but solely by God’s authoritative Word.
-
The Church has a Biblical obligation to call the nation and its leaders to repentance for child sacrifice and to demand equal protection under the law for preborn children. Ending abortion is primarily a spiritual endeavor, and therefore, Christians must corporately lead the way in the pursuit of justice for the preborn.
-
Because every preborn child is made in the image of God from the moment of fertilization, we seek the full criminalization of all abortions without exception or compromise. Any pro-life law that allows abortion under any circumstances and/or extends blanket legal immunity to mothers who murder their preborn child is illogical, unbiblical, and unconstitutional.
-
According to Jesus, the second greatest commandment is to love your neighbor as you love yourself. This requires protecting our preborn neighbors from murder as well as providing support and care to fathers and mothers of preborn children who are experiencing challenging circumstances.
